Tasks

Daily setting and optimisation of the Baader 221 filleters for herring and mackerel

General maintenance of production equipment during periods of non-operation

Contribute to efficient and stable production through close collaboration with the department

Desired qualifications

Experience from the production of pelagic fillets

Electrical expertise and technical insight

Ability to work in a structured way and solve problems independently
